On the run again

On the weekend I finally got myself back to running. Although it was only a short run, I was very tired. The last time I ran was December, which is quite a while and since then I have been quite slack in terms of being disciplined in exercising regularly.

It’s important that we make sure we exercise to keep our physical body fit, however it is as vitally important that we keep our spiritual life fit. I keep my spiritual life fit by praying, reading the Bible, hanging around other believers (going to Church, Youth, Homecell, etc.), sharing the Gospel with my friends and people I meet. There are many other things that we can do to keep our spiritual life fit.
